Charlie is a 4-year-old, 12-pound bundle of personality who came to Good Catch as an owner surrender. His previous family loved him dearly but found themselves too busy to give him the attention he deserved. Since moving in with his foster moms, Charlie has truly blossomed—and quickly claimed a spot as both lap dog and household comedian.
This fuzzy boy is full of life! He loves playing tug-of-war and fetch, and he's always up for a ride in the car. Charlie strikes a great balance between energy and chill—he’ll zoom around for a bit, then be more than happy to curl up on your lap or in his bed for some downtime.
Charlie gets along wonderfully with dogs his own size (under 15 lbs) but isn’t a fan of bigger breeds. While we’re not sure why, we know he’s happiest in a home with smaller pups or as the only dog. He also has a strong prey drive and sees cats as something to chase, so a cat-free home is a must.
Grooming? No problem! Charlie did great at the groomer and will need a trim every couple of months to keep his ears clean and his rear tidy. He’s friendly with everyone he meets and will make your heart smile as your loyal sidekick.
Charlie is fully vetted, microchipped, and currently on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. He’ll also receive a 1-year ProHeart shot at the time of adoption to keep him protected from heartworms for 12 months.
